Orders & Returns


Merchandise purchased on may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following requirements:
  1. Merchandise was purchased from We do not accept returns from any other Authorized BabooSports retailer.
  2. Must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted and be returned.
  3. Must have a valid proof of purchase or packing slip to receive a full refund. All items returned without a proof of purchase or packing slip will not be accepted.
  4. Original condition is defined as follows:
    • Racquets must be unstrung, with header card and grip packaging still in place. No signs of wear on bumper guards or butt caps of any kind.
    • Shoes must be in original box with all cards and papers still in the box and shoes. They must be not worn or blemished.
    • Clothing, bags and strings must be returned unused with all tags still attached to the products, material must be unworn/unwashed/unaltered, and must be in its original packaging or outer packaging.
  5. Reasons for returns must be indicated on all returns.
The Return Process
  1. Email indicating your reasons for making a return. Please include order number in your inquiry. Once we receive your email, when approved they will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number.
  2. Box up your items making sure that all the guidelines are met and followed to ensure a full refund (above). Making sure to include the proof of purchase or packing slip and a brief explanation for your return. Also be sure to write your RA# visible on the outside of the box.
  3. Any form of shipping is accepted when returning your items, just be certain your service brings us your package. BabooSports is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

  5. Please allow up to 5 days for BabooSports to receive and process your return. All credits will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of the processing of your return.
Wrong Items shipped
If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us immediately at +233 24 345 1224 and we will assist you in obtaining the correct items.
